Located at the heart of the commercial Upton Lane, which is off Romford Road, the Practice is easily accessible for car drivers as well as by public transport travellers. Free parking is available on some of the roads that run off and are adjacent to Upton Lane, thus making the Practice within a short walking distance. Bus number 325 stops right in front of the Practice, whilst buses 25 and 86 take you to Romford Road, which is only 150 metres away.

The Practice houses a cosy reception area for our waiting patients and four modern surgeries within an extensive three-storey building. These surgeries are fitted with state of the art dental equipment and have adequate access for patients on wheelchairs. At Forest Dental Practice our dentists, dental nurses and reception staff always aim to provide a high standard of care and service for patients.

Meet our Group Clinical Director

Dr Carol Adeloye

Qualified (BDS) from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) in 1986. She gained a Master of Science degree in Prosthetic Dentistry from Guys Hospital in 1992 and a Diploma in Sedation from the same institution in 1999. She was a vocational trainer for the London Deanery for 11 years and a dental adviser for the Bromley Primary Care Trust (PCT) for two years.

Dr Adeloye has been a general dental practitioner in the UK since 1992. Her interests include teaching and treating nervous patients with or without the aid of sedation. As Clinical Director she is the dental contracts holder and she supports colleagues and takes responsibility for clinical governance. As the clinical lead for all our practices she strives to ensure best practice and the highest standards of care.
